Lambda Epsilon Chi National Honor Society (Paralegal Honor Society)

 

Lambda Epsilon Chi (LEX) is the national honor society for paralegal students. This honor society focuses on developing social justice projects and networking opportunities for students within the Paralegal Studies Program at Miami Dade College. The principles of the organization are: scholarship, community service and leadership. I was president of this honor society. Some of my duties were represent to Lambda Epsilon Chi National Honor Society in Student Life events, and prepare community service to provide leadership to all members. One of the community services was donations for children in need from 10 years old through 17 years old in Miami Bridge Youth and Family Services, a non-profit organization. In conclusion, I learned a lot about community service and leadership.
